B) VEPs are obtained by stimulating the retina with light while recording electrical activity from the cornea

This answer is incorrect.

Electroretinograms are obtained by stimulating the retina with light while recording electrical activity from the cornea.  VEPs are obtained by recording from scalp electrodes placed over the occipital cortex, while having the subject observe visual stimuli such as a varying black and white checkerboard pattern.  (See References)

C) VEPs are useful in detecting anterochiasmatic lesions

This answer is correct.

VEPS are helpful in detecting anterochiasmatic lesions, but are of limited usefulness in identifying retrochiasmatic lesions  (See References)
